To use skillupzo services you must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction. We may require identity verification and supporting documentation depending on the nature of the service requested.

Users must be 18 years of age or older. Minors are not authorized to use the services independently.

Users must use the services in compliance with applicable laws and for lawful purposes only. Prohibited uses include fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activities and any conduct that would interfere with skillupzo operations.

Services are provided primarily for properties located in Thailand. Access from other jurisdictions may be restricted where local law or regulatory requirements prevent provision of services.

Certain features may require registration. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account and for maintaining accurate account information.

You must provide truthful, current, and complete information when creating or updating your account. Providing false information or impersonating another person is prohibited.

Protect account credentials and notify skillupzo immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We implement security measures but cannot assume liability for breaches caused by user negligence.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Transferring access or account ownership requires prior written approval from skillupzo.

If you believe your account has been compromised, notify us immediately at the contact information provided. Prompt notice helps us limit unauthorized activity.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for suspected fraud, violations of these terms, or legal reasons. Suspension may be temporary while we contribute.

skillupzo provides professional advisory and selection services for luxury apartments, including curated listings, market analysis, viewing coordination, negotiation support, and vendor introductions. We act as an advisor and facilitator; final decisions rest with clients.

We may modify, add, or discontinue features of the service. Material changes affecting core service delivery will be communicated in advance when feasible.

We aim to maintain availability of our online services, but access may be affected by maintenance, third-party outages, or force majeure events. We do not commit to uninterrupted access.

Users must interact professionally and responsibly. The following conduct is prohibited:

• Submitting fraudulent or forged documents or misrepresenting identity or intent.
• Using the service to engage in harassing, abusive, or discriminatory behavior toward staff, vendors, or other users.
• Attempting to access unauthorized parts of the platform or interfering with service operation.
• Posting or transmitting content that infringes third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Circumventing fees, payment mechanisms, or contractual obligations relating to paid services.
• Using automated tools to scrape or harvest data from skillupzo.info without written permission.
• Any activity that violates applicable law or these terms and harms skillupzo or its clients.

You may submit preferences, documents, reviews, and other content to help us provide services. You retain ownership of content you submit, subject to the license below.

You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit any content and that submission does not violate third-party rights or laws.

By submitting content you grant skillupzo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display the content for the purpose of providing services and improving offerings.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide. We may rely on your submissions when advising or taking actions on your behalf.

We may remove content that violates these terms or is unlawful. Requests to remove user-submitted content will be considered in accordance with applicable law.

All intellectual property rights in the skillupzo platform, content, designs, and activity are owned by or licensed to skillupzo. Unauthorized use of our IP is prohibited.

• Do not reproduce, distribute, or create derived works from our proprietary content without permission.
• Do not use our activity or logos except with prior written consent.
• Do not remove or alter proprietary notices or attributions on content obtained from skillupzo.

Certain advisory services, concierge support, or premium listings require payment. Paid services are offered under distinct terms and pricing described during purchase.

Prices for paid services are displayed on skillupzo.info or in service proposals. Fees may vary by scope, location, and nature of the assignment.

Payments must be completed using approved methods at the time of purchase or as specified in invoices. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.

Subscription-based services renew according to the subscription term. Users will be notified of renewal and can cancel in accordance with cancellation rules.

Refund eligibility is assessed based on the nature of the service and the reasons for the request. Refunds are handled case-by-case and may be subject to deductions for work already performed.

Clients may cancel orders or services subject to the terms in their agreement. Cancellations after commencement of work may incur fees reflecting time and resources expended.

Clients are responsible for any taxes or duties associated with paid services, as required by applicable law in the jurisdictions involved.

We may change prices for future services with notice. Price changes do not affect fees already agreed and paid under a binding contract.

Non-payment may result in collection actions, suspension of services, and restrictions on future use of the platform.

Information provided by skillupzo is for advisory purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we do not represent that information is complete or error-free. Clients should conduct their own due diligence and obtain independent professional advice where appropriate.

To the extent permitted by law, skillupzo's liability for direct damages arising from use of services is limited to fees paid for the relevant service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, or for losses attributable to third-party providers.

We may refer clients to third-party service providers such as vendors, legal advisors, or business institutions. These parties are independent, and skillupzo is not responsible for their performance or conduct.

Either party may terminate service agreements in accordance with the termination provisions of the specific contract or these general terms. Termination does not relieve obligations accrued prior to termination.

On termination, outstanding fees become payable and we may delete or anonymize client data in accordance with our retention policy, except where retention is required by law.

Use of personal data in connection with our services is governed by the Privacy Policy available at skillupzo.info/privacy. The policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

We may communicate via email, phone, or messaging to provide services and notifications. By providing contact information you agree to receive communications relevant to service delivery and account management.

We may update these terms. Material updates will be posted to skillupzo.info with an effective date. Continued use of the services after posting constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising from these terms or service provision will be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Thailand, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Before initiating litigation, parties will attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will proceed in accordance with the governing law and jurisdiction provisions.
